2012 Chicago Cubs Consensus Top 29 Prospects
Posted: February 14, 2012 Filed under: Prospects, Rankings 2 Comments »Introduction
I have created a cumulative prospect list for each team based on other (more knowledgeable) peoples’ lists. Each time a prospect appears on a list, he gets a number of points (21 minus his ranking). The prospect with the largest amount of points is ranked first. I will be posting each team once they have been completed by all of my sources. You can find a link to all of the other teams top prospects on the Team Prospects page. Clicking on the links below will take you to the team’s list on each respective site.
Five of the lists were not updated to account for either the Anthony Rizzo and Ronald Torreyes acquisitions. In order to account for this, I found Rizzo’s and Torreyes’s average ranking from the rest of the lists and ranked them there on the five lists that missed him. I then re-ranked everyone else below them on that list. The points are still added up in the same way as before.

Good work-Even if I sort of fail to understand the Dunston(who appears to be at least an outstanding defender) /Kurtz rankings(I like Kurtz, but hes been much better as a reliever)
